2. click 'Done'
3. click 'Reclaim'
4. select partition (btrfs)
=> step 4 does trigger this bug

No, as far as I do remember the first volume has been created using fdisk/mkfs.btrfs. The second disk was created by a Red Hat 6.x installation.
