Summary0008011: tigerVNC fails permanently
DescriptiontigerVNC failure renders a machine used as a KVM virtualization host reachable only via other means (e.g. via KVM). Sometimes it is possible to create a new vncserver service using a higher display number, but that obvouisly is not a proper way to resolve this.

The issue seems to come from "Failed to mark scope session-c3.scope as abandoned : Stale file handle." Please see https://www.centos.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=50115 for further details and sample output of systemctl status and journalctl. This is not the usual case that the /tmp folder contains hidden files like ".X1-lock" or .X11-unix/X1" which must be removed before TigerVNC will work again.

Steps To ReproduceInstall Server with GUI, setup tigerVNC (according to https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/7/html/System_Administrators_Guide/ch-TigerVNC.html), virtualization and PCS cluster. Execute unfriendly reboots during the setup and testing of fencing and or destroy cluster. Chances are that tigerVNC, after having worked initially, will fail.
